PropNex’s residential Project Marketing team is a phalanx of dedicated marketing consultants with a proven track record of high volume residential sales. They possess an impressive ability to meet the needs of the customers for any project, making them a reputable department on their own.

Their expert know-how has consistently exceeded the expectations of prestigious clientele which includes the likes of The Trumps by Bonvest Group, Park Natura by UIC Investments Pte Ltd, D’Fresco by HLH Group Ltd and others.

Our Local Project Marketing department will man your showflat, service prospective buyers, assist in the sale and booking of units and handle telephone enquiries. They will negotiate with prospects on behalf of the Developer and, if necessary, refer to the Developer for acceptance. They will also advise to reassess pricing and sales strategies according to market conditions and the take-up rate.

International Corporate:

PropNex’s venture into the international arena has undeniably expanded their worldwide reputation in the property market sector.

Our international team has marketed international projects coming out of Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, China, Indonesia, and United Arab Emirates. Some of the developers the team represented in the past are top developers such as Tan & Tan, Low Yat, UOA, DNP, Berjaya Group, E&O, Sunway (from Malaysia), PDG, FDG, Brady Group (from Australia) and Tridel (from Canada), to name a few.

Investment Corporate:

PropNex’s Investment Sales Department specialises in En Bloc Sales. Its innovative En Bloc Sales Management System gives clients the assurance that every stage of the sale process is managed effectively. Its unique investment strategies are proven to work beautifully to maximize the value of the client’s assets.

Its portfolio includes Clemenceau Avenue, Rose Garden and Gardenia Court amongst many others. The successful sale of Clemenceau Avenue in particular, despite being next to the Istana, an area with stringent height control regulations and screening requirements speaks volume about PropNex’s experience.

PropNex’s Commercial Department is a turnkey commercial property consultancy service provider catering to the needs of a diverse clientele.

It employs a unique Project Concept Development-Value Enhancement-Marketing methodology that effectively assists clients in achieving their business objectives. Their highly creative, ability-driven team encompasses the aptitude to resonate with the challenges of the demanding property market in Asia.

Auction:

The objective of the Auctions Department is to provide an additional service platform for our clients. Through up-to-date analysis of market conditions and trends, we are able to provide advice on sale prices and recommend the appropriate time to place the property on sale.
